Jul 2 2008, 8:14 AM EDT The night was dark. The rain pelted the small figure walking down the street. It huddled against itself trying to stay warm as the pain in it’s stomach increased. The child could remember it’s last meal. It was yesterday morning, a few apples and bread found in an abandon car. The car gave some shelter for awhile. The small body shivered as a burst of wind hit the child. Then a voice said “You are so small, are you alone?” The child looked around terrified. A woman was in the doorway “My name is Sarah. Come with me I have a dry place to sleep and some soup.” The woman knelt down to be on the child’s level. “Did your parents….” she paused then continued “…. get hurt when the bombs fell?” The woman smiled. Just then a dog walked out from behind her. It sniffed at the woman’s hand, she petted it on the head. Then the dog went to the child and sat at it’s feet. The child realized that the dog liked the woman so she couldn’t be one of the mean ones and decided to answer the question. “My mother went to heaven last May. I do not know my father. I was in an orphanage when …..” The small voice trailed off. Sarah held out her hand “Come with me I will keep you safe.” The child hesitated then looked as the dog stood to follow the woman. The child reached out slowly and took the offered hand just as it’s stomach rumbled again. Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 2 2008, 8:15 AM EDT The child had been in the middle of eating but stopped and looked up at the woman. It lowered the hood of it’s sweater and long red hair spilled down it’s back. Finally it said “I am Kilee.” “Well Kilee finish eating I will go find some dry things for you.” Sarah walked into the small bedroom. When she came back Kilee was done eating and staring tiredly into the fire. “Here you go. You can go and change in the bathroom.” Sarah pointed out the door. The child nodded and left without a word. When she came out she sat again at the fire. Sarah could see how tired she was and fixed a bed for her on the couch. The next morning over breakfast Sarah managed to get the story out of the child. Some she had already known from meeting the adult Kilee. Kilee was four and lived in the orphanage since her mother’s death, she had been all alone since the bombs fell two weeks ago. Sarah was shocked by the little girls tale, and her matter of fact way she said everything. While listening to the girls story she couldn’t help but think about her own son. Was John alive, was he safe, was he even now fulfilling his destiny? She had been separated from him when the bombs fell and had not seen him since. Do you find this valuable? |

Sarah had read to her what was in the file, but the young girl wanted to read it herself. They were Kilee’s most treasured position. She took to learning everything as if her life depended on knowing it all right now. They soon left the town behind moving always to find more humans that had survived, and food. Sarah was growing weaker and she knew that she needed to find someone to take care of the child soon. She couldn’t leave Kilee alone again. Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 2 2008, 8:15 AM EDT About five months after finding Kilee, Sarah found the resistance camp hidden in the hills. She told them their story and how Kilee needed someone to look after her, because Sarah was dying from the radiation left by the bombs. She couldn’t help but ask if the had heard of John Connor. But no one here had. The leader of the group and older woman named Jessie assured Sarah that Kilee would be taken care of. Sarah said that the next day was Kilee’s birthday and she would be five. During the talk Kilee had been in an outer room reading a book. She could see Sarah and that was all that mattered to the child. Closer to Sarah sat a teenage boy playing a game with a younger boy. The younger one looked up at Sarah and said “Tomorrow is my birthday too. Sarah smiled at him and asked “What is your name?” The boy returned her smile and said “I am Kyle Reese and this is my brother Derek. He is cheating as usual.” He indicated the game they where playing as he said the last. Sarah did her best to hide the shock on her face and said to the boy “Well maybe you can help Kilee make some friends around here. For a birthday present.” The boy nodded eagerly. The next day Sarah did everything to make Kilee’s birthday extra special. Someone found balloons and they made a cake and had decorations. Everyone joined in on the festivities. But the young Kyle Reese was no where near Kilee during any of it. His brother was keeping him close by. Sarah frowned but saw no way to get the two together yet. Kilee received some clothes and toys from different people but it was the books she liked the most. Sarah was exhausted when it was over and went to bed early. Kilee again taken care of her when she got to tired. Kilee had been doing this a lot over the last few months. Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 2 2008, 8:16 AM EDT The next day Derek was walking down the corridor when he saw the young Kilee sitting in the hall with silent tears running down her face. She looked miserable, not really liking kids he also knew that he could not leave her alone like this. He walked over to her “Hi!” She did not even look up so he bent down to her “Where is Sarah?” he tried again. This time the child looked at him with red swollen eyes and said matter of factly “In Heaven” Derek was shocked and hurried into the room to see the body of Sarah Connor laying on the bed not moving. He rushed out and ran to get the doctor. During all the commotion Kilee was shunted aside. She sat where she could see Sarah and what they were doing but remained alone. Until the youngest Reese boy came to her. “Hey I have some books you might like to read. Ever hear of baseball?” Kilee shook her head. He placed his arm around her shoulder and lead her away “Well it is the greatest sport ever.. Or was before…” He smiled and continued talking to her. He kept her busy the rest of the day not letting her be alone again. He felt sorry for her. She had no one now. He told her about his parents and how they were dead, but was thinking at least he had Derek He told her about their birthday’s being on the same day, and everything else he could think off just to keep her mind off of what was happening in the medical wing. When night came Derek returned to find the two child curled up in Kyle’s bed asleep. Do you find this valuable? |

Can't wait to read more of this. Oh i see tomorrow is the 4th of July. Then i wish your guys a nice independents day. Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 3 2008, 9:38 PM EDT "So the very next morning Derek wake up Kyle and Kilee for breakfrest in the campSo Derek gribs Kyle and picks up Kilee and follows the armed escorts so while they follow them they see armed people surrounding there front gate outside the camp Jessie is outside with them and asks them''what broke the alarm?''. One of them answered very scared to Jessie''I don't know from what i seen they look like skulltons with large fucking guns or connons they had red glowing eyes''as Jessie and the rest of them look at him as a endo figure approches them at the otherend of the front gate they all look in shock of fear of what one of describe them was true. It fires on them shooting 4 of them Jessi yells''RETURN FIRE WITH EXTREME PRJUDUCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'' they empty all there bullits into but all it did was piss it off as another one showed up walking behide it and another one too before Jessie eyes they where now five of the endo terminators they took arm and there cannons into the gate and killing Jessie and the rest of the ones who where holding there ground with her.Derek,Kyle and Kilee can Jessie screams along with the rest who was killed but he still run with them to the escape root which was located underground. Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 4 2008, 5:30 AM EDT "So Derek gribs Kyle and picks up Kilee and follows the armed escorts so while they follow them they see armed people surrounding there front gate outside the campAs dawn arises the smoke clears from another firefight. Eleven year old Kilee and fourteen year old Kyle immerge from the shelter with the other children. Coming towards them is Kyle's older brother Derek dressed as the rest of the soilders. He hugs Kyle first then looks down at Kilee "Let's go" he states. They head off toward the mess hall to get everyone some breakfast. It looks like Derek is mad about something again. She sighs and sits with some of the younger children. Later that day Kyle is in school (Having been forced to go by Derek) and Derek is alone in the gym. Kilee sits unnoticed in the vents watching the shirtless Derek work out yet again. She sees the sweat sliding down over the muscles in his arms, watches as they bulge and release as he does his routine. Just then the door opens and in walks Sam. "Well Reese looking good." she smiles and runs a long fingernail across his back. Derek flinches slightly and pulls away. "Looking good yourself Sam. care to spot me?" He indicates the bench to his riight. Sam smiles "I spot you all the time." Derek moves to the bench and starts to do his weight lifts. Kilee hates it whenever Sam is around. Derek seems to like it though. Kyle says that is what adults do. Sometimes Kilee wants to hurry up and be an adult but other times she is glad that she dosen't have the restrictions. She leaves the vent and heads to the weopons range. It is empty this time of day, so she sets her targets and picks out the crossbow, hand gun and long rifle that she wants to work on today. No one ever taught her how to use the weapons, she learned by watching the others. Derek would often bring Kyle and her to the range as he practiced. Her stance was perfect and she hit the bulls eye 9 out 10 tries with the crossbow. With the handgun she hit a perfect round, the long rifle proved the hardest for her. She only hit 7 out of 10 shots. She hears the footstep coming. Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 4 2008, 5:46 AM EDT She hurridly replaces the weapons but forgets to take down the targets as she heads into the vents again. The door opens and two peole walk in. Kilee hears the target being moved up, she knows they are examining it. "I wish I knew who keeps coming in here at this tme." said a male voice. "This room is suppose to be unaccupied while school is in session." Said a different male voice. Then the first said 'Well lets take these to Connor and see what he thinks." They leave the area just as the bell that ends the school day rings. Kilee hurries through the vents to get to the meetng spot thinking about the mysterious Connor. What would he do to find the shooter she wondered. How much trouble would she be in if she got caught? She could forget about Derek Reese then. Just then a voice behind her makes her jump. "Been off spying on my brother again?" She turns to see Kyle behind her. He has that infurriating knowing grin on his face. But before she can answer two older boys walk by "Look little Kyle and his girlfriend. The double K's" They walk off laughing. Kyle's smile turns into a glare and he says "don't listen to them." Kilee hates seeing Kyle upset, the teasing seems to be getting to him more latley. She tries to change the subject "What are we doing for our birthday next week?" They start to walk away together down the hall making plans for the one day that Derek lets them do anything they want. It has been almost 7 years sense Sarah brough Kilee to the camp, though Kyle and Derek looked after her Kilee still was suppose to live in the orphange. The adults just found it hard to keep her there, or to find her when she didn't want to be found. Her and Kyle knew the entire camp better than anyone, and could easily hide when they wished. "Hey double K's wait up!" came a call from down the hall. They stop and wait for the speaker to catch up. Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 4 2008, 6:00 AM EDT It was one of the cooks. Slightly out of breath she asks "What do you want for your birthday meal?" The two quickly tell her their order and she promises to do her best for them. Then they seperate. "Kyle Derek is looking for you again" a boy about Kyle's age says as he walks by. Kilee takes the books from Kyle "I will drop these by your place you go find the caveman." Kyle smiles at their name for his brother and agrees to meet her later for supper. He then heads off in the direction of the gym. Alone again Kilee walks to the Reese apartment. It is realy just four walls and one room that has 2 beds a table and chairs and a heating pad in it. Kilee sets the books on the table, then opens Kyle's homework planner. Derek has rules that Kyle can't do anything until his school work is done. Since she had nothing better to do Kilee completes all of Kyle's assignments for him. She is not in school because she has read all the materials and tested out of the highest level they have a teacher for. Feeling a littel tired Kilee curls up on Kyle's bed and closes her eyes. The next thing she knows is that she is being shaken roughly awake. Derek is standing over her. When he sees that she is awake he says "Goto dinner" and walks out of the room. Kilee streches and then goes down to the mess hall to meet Kyle. He is waiting for her by the doors. They move together into line and get their supper. They find a table together in the corner and eat not looking at anyone else in the room. Only talking to each other, because of this they didn't see the group of older boys sit at the nearest table. The four boys start thrwoing food and things at them. Kyle jumps up ready to fight but a hand grabs his shoulder and stops him. Derek glares at the boys and they soon stop. Derek then sits with Kyle and they continue to eat in silence. Kilee occasionaly stealing looks at Derek. Do you find this valuable? |
