By the way, this is not my favorite quote, but John's first scripted line in T2 is: "Gimme that Phillips right there." Cameron calls herself Phillips. Coincidence, or is Cameron the tool that John always wanted? Do you find this valuable? |

Now here's John taking control: John: I don’t have a gun. I didn’t shoot anyone. It’s your boss. John: Listen to me for a second. What’s your name? My name’s john. Mike: What the hell are you doing here? John: Just in the wrong place at the wrong time. What’s your name? Mike: Mike. John: We’ve got a problem here. Your boss, he’s a really bad guy. He killed those guys. He’ll kill us if he finds us. So we need to get out of here. Mike: Carter? He shot them? John: You’ve worked with this guy right? You notice there’s something off about him? Sometimes things happen and they’re so bad that people don’t know how to deal with their sadness so that write it in a note. Sometimes it’s not enough. Then I guess he changed his mind, a lot. Best of EP5: The code is like a good song in your head, it’s gotta come out. That’s a pretty boring rumour. EPISODE 7 Vick's Chip About important things? She didn't do it. She didn't give up the safe house. She's not like that other one. Best of EP7: So how often do you lie? Do you lie to me? That chip is really creepy. Wow what a mess. How the hell do you keep your brain organised? Do you find this valuable? |

But, the ones I left as a quote, I think have more substance to them and I'd like to see that John come out more in the show. When Cameron goes around talking about killing people and that they should be dead, it's Sarah who argues with her, but why not John? John had a huge respect for human life in T2, he spent half the money teaching Arnie the importance of that life. Why not now? Now the quote about this great leader and how they should start listening to his leadership ideas. Was that directed to his mom? I don't remember. But if it is, they need to bring up that stuff more. Well.. wait.. I guess they have a bit. In the episode after Jordan dies and he yells at Sarah in the kitchen. I'd like to see John stand up more for himself and sort of ask/demand that Sarah listen to him and allow him to grow. Anyway, John doesn't get very many cool quotes. Cameron and Sarah get the good ones, John not so much. Do you find this valuable? |

Was that directed to his mom?The "leadership ideas" thing was in the scene where they take out Terminator's chip. So yes he was speaking to his Mom. John doesn't have good quotes? What about the ones I listed above? I haven't yet explored all of the episodes, but episodes 4, 5 and 7 already have quite a few. The two that I like most out of the ones I listed are these two: The code is like a good song in your head, it’s gotta come out. Wow what a mess. How the hell do you keep your brain organised? To which Cameron replies: Not like your's (which I think I posted on Cameron's thread) Many of the good quotes involve at least two of the main characters. As for Sarah, I think if I explored all of the episodes, she'd have about as many good quotes as John. Do you find this valuable? |
