When FOX releases lineup
Apr 1 2008, 10:54 PM EDT Thursday, May 15, according to the Fulton Critic is when FOX will release it's 2008-2009 season lineup. Since there doesn't seem to be any early official news on wether the series will be renewed it seems everyone will have to wait untill this "Judgement" day to learn the fate of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The countdown begins! By the way for those who don't know NBC will be announcing it's lineup tommorrow April 2nd. 4 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: When FOX releases lineup
Apr 2 2008, 8:49 AM EDT One more thing: CBS most likely will be renewing "Moonlight", one of my favorite shows on TV. It's averaging 7.9 million viewers per episode, and this doesn't seem to be a problem for CBS. However, with FOX, and TSCC's 10.1 million viewers per episode, this puts TSCC on the bubble?????? I don't get it. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Apr 2 2008, 11:00 AM EDT Good news for Moonlight fans. What I had heard was that it had been on the bubble as well. I really think that TSCC is coming back -- I'm just wondering what night it'll air on and who it'll be up against. Do you find this valuable? |

Apr 2 2008, 8:07 PM EDT "If TSCC is on Mondays at 9:00pm EST, it will be going up against HEROS.Well, as of now. As you know, networks change their schedules all the time. NBC also green-lit a series of Knight Rider. Forgive me, but I thought the Knight Rider made-for-TV movie was awful. Yuck. Anyway, with two scifi-esque shows (Heroes and Knight Rider) airing on NBC, I hope neither of them gets match up against TSCC. (Why? Because I'd hate to see the core scifi audience get divided between two shows.) Do you find this valuable? |

One looooooong Ford Mustang commerical with a razor thin plot, terrible acting, and a lousy, bland voice over job by Val Kilmer. Will Arnett from Arrested Development was originally supposed to do the voice of KITT. He has a great voice-over presence and is used a lot in commericals. And THAT piece of $@#* gets a series! And still no leak on Terminator. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: When FOX releases lineup
Apr 2 2008, 9:35 PM EDT For those paying attention to NBC here's the fast facts: Fall, winter and summer schedules feature newcomers “The Office Spinoff,” “My Own Worst Enemy,” “Kath &Kim,” “Knight Rider,” “Crusoe,” “Kings,” “The Philanthropist,” “Merlin,” The Listener,” “Shark Taggers,” “America’s Toughest Jobs,” “Chopping Block,” “The Last Templar,” and “XIII.” Returning series for NBC include “ER,” “Friday Night Lights,” “Lipstick Jungle,” “Medium,” “Law & Order,” “Law & Order: SVU.” THE 2008 BEIJING OLYMPIC GAMES AND SUPER BOWL XLIII “My Own Worst Enemy” explores the duality of a man who is literally pitted against himself. And it raises the question: who can you trust when you can't trust yourself? “Crusoe” is based on the legendary novel by Daniel Defoe, this is the tale of Robinson Crusoe. “Kings” is an inspiring exploration of the timeless David vs. Goliath struggle. The show is set in a modern metropolis under siege where the fighting has gone on for too long and cost far too many lives. “Merlin” brings to life a new legend for a modern audience. "Merlin” is an hour-long fantasy series set in the mythic city of Camelot -- but inspired by 21st Century storytelling. “The Philanthropist” it’s exactly as it sounds, a guy who uses his wealth to help people in need. BORING!! If you ask me. “The Listener” in this one-hour drama, there’s a paramedic living with a secret: he can read people's minds. “XIII" This miniseries begins as the first female U.S. President is shot dead by a sniper during her Veteran's Day speech. Three months later, a wounded man is found tattered in a forest with no memory of his identity. “The Last Templar” In this four-hour miniseries, At the New York Metropolitan Museum, four horsemen dressed as 12th century knights storm, the gala opening of an exhibition of Vatican treasures and steal an arcane medieval decoder. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. RE: When FOX releases lineup
Apr 3 2008, 7:09 AM EDT ~ Here's what WORRIES me....~ IF, God forbid, Fox did axe this show, it WOULD NOT be the first bonehead move they have made with regard to their lineup choices. Remember what happened to Family Guy? Futurama? And in my humble opinion, Dark Angel? All awsome, all with a huge fan base, "cult following", whatever you want to call it. ALL axed prematurely by the brilliant minds at Fox. I feel pretty sure that they will keep TSCC around for a while. But just in case they are thinking about making another one of those bonehead executive decision-type moves, they'de better think again. Neither man nor machine will take this lying down! :) 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |
