Queen's Gambit & Dungeons and Drangons
Feb 24 2008, 11:21 PM EST I know I'm a bit late but after Queen's Gambit, I know this show has a future. I'm pretty sure it took all of us by surprise to find out the Resistance fighter was not Kyle like everyone was saying but his brother. It kinda gives hope to think that John and Sarah aren't really alone in their fight. I'm still shocked about it. On Dungeons and Dragons, it was nice to see the future war. We don't get to see much in T1 and T2. I'm one of those people that think that bringing Kyle into the show is a mistake but I liked how they put him in this ep. And the actor who played him wasn't so bad. I hope we see more of Kyle thu Dereck's flashbacks. And I loved the allusions to T1 that this ep had: Kyle's picture of Sarah "No fate but what we make" (i was waiting for the writers to put that in there) Sumner The T-600 in the house and the classic "There's a storm coming" (I was half expecting Sarah to say " I know") I'm hearing rumors that the show has been picked up for a 2nd season Can't wait for that P.S. Btw did anyone beside me notice that when Derek goes in to see Andy's Turk playing chess, he has a green coat on similar to the one Kyle had on in the first movie? Do you find this valuable? |

Feb 25 2008, 12:01 AM EST Hmm in the flashback we saw of the future, if it ties into T1 Derek is searching for his brother, whom has been sent into the past within what I assume is the four days that Derek and his team were captive. In T1 Kyle says that they won, smashed the defence grid etc and found the time displacement device, but not before Skynet sends back a T-800 model to kill John's mother, so John sends back Kyle. So that must have been the "original" timeline we saw the flashback from? I.e with the base being raided by the infiltrator along with the scene of Kyle's burnt picture of Sarah. Do you find this valuable? |

I can't wait for tonight's episode and see what the video tape is about. I hope its Kyle's interview with Dr. Silverman from T1. Do you find this valuable? |

And I am one of those that wishes that they would bring the Kyle character back, I can't help it, I love that character and what it stood for a lot :p It would be awesome if this show could somehow get Michael Biehn to guest star it would rock!!!
