Just Right for the part
Jan 16 2008, 6:43 PM EST Thomas Dekker is just right for the part. He's able to convey the grit, skill, and smarts needed as a future leader. We'll like watching him grow into the mature role, and hope they'll eventually start "The John Connor Chronicals". Keep up the good work, Tom. 6 out of 6 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: Just Right for the part
Jan 16 2008, 8:28 PM EST Not to mention he kind of looks like Nick Stahl from T3. I think he's the perfect actor for the role. 5 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: Awsome
Jan 16 2008, 11:26 PM EST I agree it was all awesome... I love the characters, the premise... it has been a long dry spell. I have had to be satisfied with weak tea like Journeymand and Moonlight... finally something in the Battlestar Glatica and Kyle XY quality camp. Either that or the high school giggles have the best of you. No grit in that boy. He is a snot nosed know it all that doesn't understand the first thing about security - "Let's run to the mall after I just leapt through time" No discipline, and he is more worried about high school than helping the human race survive. Someone with real grit would realize that 3 days in a house is nothing if it means preventing the end of the world. 0 out of 9 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: Just Right for the part
Thursday, 3:48 PM EDT Getting to know Thomas Dekker, I have to say that seeing him in the first episode, I thought he was gonna blow John Connor's character to shreds. But, I'm happy to say that he didn't. In a way, he makes Edward's John mature more into manhood. I got to say it, he is cute. The way he styles his hair was a give-a-way that he is indeed a rock singer. Now, I've never known that untill a while ago. It's good that he has another career to look foward to . Thomas's acting is noticible in a good way. He makes us relize that the mature side of John Connor can have sympathy for a machine that's sworn to protect him, maybe even fall for her (Cameron). But who knows, maybe I'm wrong. So, I hope Edward Furlong is somewhere in his home, preparing to watch the 2nd season of T:TSCC. Because, he's missing out on the character he used to be. Thomas Dekker, keep doing what you do! 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |
