Jan 13 2008, 1:54 PM EST It's hard to say if the actors are portraying the character's precisely when we haven't seen the show yet. I think each actor will bring some of their own interpretation to the characters they play. It sometimes can be a big difference in a good actor and a great actor. The character's are created by the writers but the actors need to bring the characters to life and make them seem real and believable. To do that they have to understand the character, make interpretations, and be comfortable with their interpretations of the character. I'm not sure who else I would want in the roles. From seeing some of Summer Glau's other roles think she is great for the part of the terminator. From the commercials I have to wonder if her terminator is different because she doesn't seem as serious in facial expresions that I remember from the terminators in the movies. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Jan 14 2008, 12:51 PM EST I think that Lena Headey portrayal of Sarah Connor is very true to Linda Hamilton's portrayal in T2, and I also think that they same to go in similiar direction with John Connor as they did in T3 (i.e. he doesn't really want to be leader or hero or have to go through the war). And Summer Glau just kicks ass. 'Nuff Said. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
