Unanswered Questions

• Following the car bomb incident, Cameron is ordered to keep a low profile during the day since she is suffering extensive soft tissue injuries to her face.
  
• John applies an icepack to her face and behaves around her as if she is an injured family member rather than a robot. Cameron is able to offload many of her self restorative procedures onto John (like gently massaging her face to encourage blood perfusion through damaged tissue). Sarah also feeds Cameron like a child to ensure that she has enough nutrients to grow new tissue. Derek sarcastically asks if Cameron is expecting a sponge bath too, which she declnes.
  
• While planning their day's mission against Sarkassian and the Internet Cafe around the breakfast table they see a cat mewing on the window cil and Cameron sees that it has an injured paw and brings it inside to stroke. The humans are looking incredulously at each other but don't stop her. The cat becomes irritated and hisses at Derek.
  
• The humans leave Cameron at home to go on their mission, Cameron moves to the bathroom and spends time sadly looking in the mirror at her disfigured face and body.

• While on the mission Sarah has to repeatedly remind Derek not to treat other people as expendable and seek less direct methods of achieving the mission aims with less collateral damage.

• Sarah and John enter the Internet Cafe by the front and find Sarkassian not present but someone else manning the front desk. Derek enters the property from the rear entrance but does not find Sarkassian as he searches towards the cafe. Sarah is asking where Sarkassian is, the guy doesn't recognise the name. Derek points a gun at his head and Sarah repeats the question. Again the guy doesn't recognsise the name so Derek pulls the trigger, Sarah sees the movement in the trigger finger and knocks the gun upwards and away, saving the guy's life. Derek is irritated and while Sarah and Derek are shouting at each other, the guy runs out the front door chased by John, who follows him to a van. The guy locks himself in and is starting the engine as Sarah and Derek arrive. Derek smashes the driver's window and discovers that the guy has gone into the cargo space and locked the door. They decide to drive the van to a quieter spot and Derek goes to work on the door with an axe, while John tells the guy to cooperate. Eventually to scared to resist further the guy unlocks the door and promises to take them to Sarkassian. Derek punches the guy in the head.
  
• They follow his directions to a house. Looking over the fence they recognise the little girl and Derek catches hold of her. Too late Sarkassian sees them, and Sarah demands the return of the Turk in exchange for the girl. The Turk is returned and John takes it back home, while Sarah and Derek argue about Sarkassian and the girl's fate. Sarkassian volunteers the information he had threatened to give to the FBI, and Sarah realising there is no way to be sure if Sakassian can be trusted leaves with it, knowing that Derek will ensure that no one else gets to find out about them.
  

• John returns home and finds Cameron has been cooking. He is taken aback as he always thinks of this as his mother's role. Cameron seems concerned that his mother will be upset and offers to put the food in the bin. When Sarah comes home, Cameron apologises and explains she is not trying to replace her. Sarah is not bothered by the cooking but thinks it weird that Cameron has done it and even weirder that Cameron seems to care about her potential response.
  
• The food looks and smells delicious so they sit down to eat. Derek comes home and without thinking that it was not Sarah's work, joins them at the table, only learning it was not Sarah's cooking when he compliments her for the food and she gives Cameron the credit, at which he spits out the food in his mouth and accuses Cameron of attempting to poison everyone.
  

• Cameron denies that she would ever do that and retreats to her room. Sarah follows her and finds her sitting with the cat on her lap, stroking it and has a supportive conversation with her, then notices that the cat is not moving. Sarah decides she will not ask what dinner actually was.
• Derek is dumping the left over food in the bin, the cat tries to eat some of it but Derek remembers he doesn't like that cat and puts the lid of the bin back on trapping the cat.
