"She IS British since Bermuda is still part of the British commonwealth and has a British police force. Her dad was a bobby in Bermuda where Lena was born but returned to Huddersfield when she was 8 where she grew up. Now there's an accent to reckon with. Ee bah gum doesn't thee know owt in America?

Bermuda is in fact a British Overseas Territory (a.k.a. Self Governing Colony). So even if born in Bermuda she is British as XenasToyBoy correctly pointed out.

As a British Overseas Territory Bermuda is not part of the Commonwealth but is under UK Sovereignty - although with a different relationship to the UK than the core nations and the Crown Dependencies of the Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. There are 14 British Overseas Territories including: Anguilla, British Antarctic Territory, The Falklands, Gibraltar, Turks and Caicos Island and Tristan da Cunha amongst others.

And despite her being bought up in Bermuda and Yorkshire I didn't notice a trace of these 'foriegn' accents and I come from down south in Dorset.

He's supposed to become a great leader. The pilot ep - the one released early on Yahoo - shows he's got some emotional growth left to get there.

And his mom is a strong woman, emotionally speaking.
