Ok guys, as interesting as I find this forum and some of its members, I have an idea which I wish to run past you and get a good ol' discussion going! Apologies if this has already been addressed!
So Cameron wishes to be more human, the perfect human if you like, as she picks up alot of the traits that make us what we are, socially inept pieces of meat unable to celebrate and rejoice one another, but more so blow the sh!t out of each other at any given minute - ok back to the point. So Cameron is picking up human traits in order to appreciate the human psyche and fit right in. In doing so, develop a relationship with humans where machines and man can live side by side.
Now this reminds me alot of the Matrix, BEFORE the people of Zion were fighting for their existence. Now if anyone has seen the Animatrix, which Im sure alot of you have, you will have noticed a world where Humans and Machine live side by side, where the mchaines do man's bidding etc. Ok so picture this, the Terminator learns through reprogramming that Man is not its enemy, more so, it is Skynet that is using them for its own means. Ok, so the Terminators rebel, Skynet is defeated - what now? The remaining humans capture the machines, reprogramme them to do their bidding, hence recreate the world over time to be what it once was. Then all of a sudden Man and machine fall out again, introducing the Matrix into the equation, hence the rebirth of Skynet.
- Is John Connor the original ONE?
- Is the AI simulation in the Matrix a reincarnation of SKYNET?
- Even is Skynet wins the War with Mankind, what would be its purpose in the world? What would it like to achieve?
Maybe The Matrix is a world where Skynet dominated the Resistance fighters, defeated them, and then made them their power source after the sky was scorched not due to blackening of the sky by humans, but due to the Nuclear holocaust and subsequent Nuclear winter/
Thoughts?

Thoughts anyone..i know its very sketchy...but it's possible! Just think that there are sooo many different time lines to do with the Terminator series! Maybe, James Cameron knew of the flaws involved with his take on the Terminator Saga epsecially involving the Time Travel stuff that he was wise to call it a day after Judgment Day. Well anyway, its just a suggestion...The Terminator - mother of the Matrix!
